We are please to inform that in February 2023 we launched the Cultural Skills Academy. The aim is to train in cultural competency and raise awareness of cultural intelligence and their importance for communities with considerable percentage of expats or migrants. 

The first course is dedicated to avoiding pitfalls of intercultural communication. This course provides the general knowledge on culture, how the individuals learn culture when they are children and how when they are adults. The corse offer a lot of practical exercises to learn empathy, open-mindedness and analytical approach to human behaviour. It also teaches methods of acquiring the cultural knowledge and strategies for various and unexpected situations.
