There are many new rules to observe when you start working in a foreign country. Sometimes you don’t even speak the language carrying out your employment obligations, however your contract, Employee Handbook or just employment laws might be written in English or Polish. Your employer might expect from you at least working knowledge of employment laws, social security regulations and health & safety rules.

Employers

Employing people from abroad requires from them a fairly good knowledge of local language which is not always a case. There are legal requirements written into the law that say that you have to provide the contracts, employee handbooks and policies in their native language.     

Mediations and Employment Tribunal complaints

We provide the translating and translation service during the difficult times of conflict with the employers or co-workers. This include assisting during the meetings with employers, preparing the skeleton arguments, witness statements and statements of events. We work with the legal offices and trade unions if situation requires that. We can help you to apply for Legal Aid or other type of assistance, too.
